Have an early breakfast and go out to discover Mazarrón. We start by visiting the impressive Gredas de Bolnuevo. The rock formations were even more spectacular than we imagined, and as we walked through the area, we felt the fresh air and calm of this unique place. Afterwards, we continued walking towards the Torre de los Caballos, a historic construction that transported us to the times when the coast needed defense against pirates. From there, we enjoy wonderful views of the sea before heading to the center of Mazarrón. Upon arriving at the center, we strolled through the charming streets and stopped at St . Andrew's Church. Its Mudejar coffered ceiling left us fascinated, and made us think about how much history is hidden in this corner of the world. We also took the opportunity to visit the Archaeological Museum, where we learned about the Roman and mining heritage of the area. In the afternoon, we head to the Port of Mazarrón to enjoy a relaxing walk along the Paseo Marítimo. Walking by the sea, we feel the sea breeze and let ourselves be carried away by the calm and pleasant atmosphere. The next stop was the Playa de la Isla, where we went to see the famous Phoenician ship. It was exciting to learn more about the rich maritime history of this region. To close the day, we head to a typical restaurant. After lunch, we say goodbye to Mazarrón and continue our route to the next Magical Town, Bogarra. It is a charming village located in the province of Albacete, in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. It is a destination that combines natural beauty with its rich history and tradition. Surrounded by mountains and impressive landscapes of the Sierra del Segura, through which streams, rivers and waterfalls flow. Bogarra was the ancient Bigerra, a city in the province of Bastetania. During the first Punic Wars between Romans and Carthaginians, it allied with Rome, and although the Carthaginians managed to recover it, it was definitively Roman back in 214 BC. thanks to General Scipio. Its picturesque cobbled streets, traditional architecture and cosy atmosphere will transport you to times gone by. You will have time to rest from the trip and choose the best outfit for tonight. After a wonderful night you will go down to breakfast because you have to regain strength for the day ahead. Today we set off to discover the treasures of Bogarra. We will start with the visit of the Church of the Assumption, a baroque style building of the sixteenth century, with some reforms in the eighteenth century, in the place where the original Christian fortification of the current town of Bogarra should have been. Composed of a single nave, with a sober exterior and without ornaments. Next, we will hike through the Batán Waterfall. A natural spectacle located in a wooded environment, its crystal clear waters fall in the form of a waterfall, creating a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the waterfall invites nature lovers to enjoy breathtaking scenery and immerse themselves in its crystal clear waters. We will finish the visit with the Route of the Viewpoints. These observation points offer panoramic views of its natural surroundings and historic architecture. We will visit the Mirador de la Variante, the Mirador de la Glorieta and the Mirador de la Iglesia to be able to see Bogarra from different angles. Have an early breakfast and set off to discover Aýna. We start by visiting the Hermitage of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios and the Church of Santa María de lo Alto. Next, we will follow the course of the Mundo River, contemplating wonderful views of the town and discovering part of its flora and fauna, we will be able to walk through the fertile plain where all kinds of vegetables and fruit trees are grown with a system of terraces and irrigation of Muslim origin, as well as finding a corner in the river where we can take a dip. On our tour of the mountains of Aýna we will be surrounded by the Aleppo pine, which dominates most of the landscape, along with holm oaks, junipers, junipers, mastic, jaguarzo, torvisco, genistas, black pine, aromatic plants such as rosemary, thyme, lavender, marjoram, and others such as esparto grass. Have an early breakfast and set off to discover Chinchilla de Montearagón. We start with El Castillo. Standing since the fifteenth century. It presents a Gothic style within military architecture, it is not a residential palace, but a defensive fortress for the control of the domains of the nearby environment. It has a 25-meter-deep moat, which was excavated with a pick on the rock. We continue to the Church of Santa María del Salvador. A magnificent construction from the Christian period after the conquest of the city from the Muslims. The most important century of its construction is at the beginning of the fourteenth century, although it would begin at the end of the thirteenth century. Next, we will visit Plaza de la Mancha, the important nerve center of the city, due to its enclave and location. It is a rectangular space surrounded by buttresses, an apse, the church tower, the Casino and next to it the Clock Tower, a neoclassical neoclassical of the nineteenth century, topped with a temple. We will finish our tour by visiting the Caves of the Hole, a type of construction dug into rock during the first centuries of Arab domination. Have an early breakfast and go out to discover Carcelén. We start with a visit to the Castle of Carcelén. Built in the fourteenth-fifteenth century and located in the centre of the town centre. It is characterized by a large tower, "TORRE DEL HOMENAJE", with a square floor plan, topped at its four corners by four towers and preserves its military structure along with the battlements. Next, we will visit the Parish of San Andrés Apóstol. It is a sober construction of fundamentally neoclassical taste, which began to be built in the sixteenth century. Apparently, on a previous structure whose walls were partly respected and was renovated in the eighteenth century. It has a rectangular floor plan with three naves separated by square pillars and pilasters attached to the fronts. The main nave is divided by four semicircular arches on each side, which leads to the side chapels. We will end our tour by visiting the Hermitage of the Holy Christ of the Eras. A baroque construction from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, built in honour of the Christ of the Ages. There are several carvings of artistic value that can be seen in every corner of the sanctuary. They are those that represent Saint Mary Magdalene of Pazzi, Saint Anthony of Padua, Saint Cajetan, Saint Joachim and the Virgin Child, belonging to the Salzillo School, where the last two are attributed to the work of Roque López, disciple and follower of Francisco Salzillo.
