Description

The magic in each of its magical towns

We start our route in Mazarrón, a coastal destination where golden beaches and hidden coves are combined with the historical richness of its archaeological sites and mining landscapes. The port and its surroundings invite you to relax, while the Sierra de las Moreras and the Cueva del Agua offer corners of amazing natural beauty.

We continue to Bogarra, where the tranquility of its mountainous landscapes and rivers creates the perfect setting for a peaceful start. We head to Aýna, a picturesque village nestled in the mountain, where traditional architecture and natural beauty are enchantingly intertwined. We continue to Chinchilla de Montearagón, whose imposing castle and cobbled streets transport us to medieval times.

The route takes us to Carcelén, a hidden treasure among hills, where panoramic views and rural architecture offer an authentic experience. We move towards La Font de la Figuera, where the essence of the Valencian interior is reflected in its streets and squares. Then, we arrive at Montesa, a historic gem with its castle high above, providing breathtaking views of the plain that stretches out at its feet.

The route leads us to Simat de la Valldigna, where history and nature merge in the beautiful Valldigna. We continue to the Mediterranean coast, arriving in Nules, where the golden beaches and Mediterranean architecture invite you to enjoy the sea breeze. Finally, we conclude our journey in Mascarell, a charming walled village that preserves its medieval essence and symbolizes the encounter between the southeast and the Mediterranean.

The Southeast and Mediterranean Route is a journey that fuses the diversity of landscapes, the historical richness and the authenticity of the villages, creating a unique experience that captures the essence of southeastern Spain. Welcome to a route full of contrasts and wonders that will last in the memory of those who travel it!
