This circuit will take you through New Jersey, Boston, Niagara Falls, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and New York, combining history, nature, and culture in a single trip. You will travel with flights via Copa Airlines from Lima, with a connection in Panama, and will have a Spanish-speaking guide throughout the tour.

The package includes accommodation in tourist category hotels at each destination, American breakfasts (except in Boston and Niagara Falls), airport–hotel–airport transfers during daytime hours, and air-conditioned vehicles for greater comfort during the journey.

Then we will go to Cambridge to visit the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard University, where you can see the statue of John Harvard and touch his foot to become a "Harvard graduate." There you can buy a souvenir.

The included tours are conducted in regular service, shared with other travelers, and are guided by Spanish-speaking professionals to ensure a comfortable and enriching experience.

Transfers during daytime hours are covered to and from the airport, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure. Note that arrivals on international flights between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. incur an additional charge of USD 47 per service, which is not included in the base package price.

It is important to take into account all the services and items that are not included in the package price, as these must be covered directly by the passenger:

  • Personal expenses, meals not specified, and additional assistance insurance.
  • Breakfasts in Boston and Niagara Falls: in these two destinations, breakfast is not included and must be paid for by the passenger.
  • Optional excursions: any additional activity or excursion is payable directly at the destination. It is recommended to check available options in advance.
  • Tips for guides, drivers, hotel staff, airports, restaurants, and other service providers. These are payable directly at the destination.
  • Resort fee: this charge is billed directly by the hotel to the passenger upon arrival. The amount varies according to the category of the reserved establishment.
  • Assist Card medical assistance card in cases where it is not included in the basic package (for example, for passengers over 69 years of age who must pay the corresponding supplement, or if additional coverage is desired).
  • Visas and/or entry permits: it is the exclusive responsibility of the passenger to manage and pay for any visa or permit required to enter the United States. It is recommended to review the entry requirements according to the nationality of each traveler.
  • Supplement for early check-in or late check-out: if the passenger wants to check in early or check out late at the hotel, the additional charge must be paid directly to the establishment.

It is essential that each passenger plan their personal budget in advance to cover these expenses during the trip. In particular, it is recommended to bring cash or a credit card to cover meal expenses in Boston and Niagara Falls, daily tips, and any optional activities they may wish to do.

Also, remember that upon arrival at the hotels, the front desk usually requests a credit card as a guarantee for extra expenses, or otherwise a cash deposit. It is the exclusive responsibility of each passenger to review the charges made to their card at check-out.

The indicated hotels are referential. If no availability is found, a similar option will be sought, respecting the same category and program price. Rooms are standard category. The availability of rooms with separate beds (TWIN) depends on occupancy at check-in and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

For triple occupancy bookings, the third bed is a sofa bed or a rollaway, which may be uncomfortable for an adult. For triple and quadruple accommodation with minors, passengers must necessarily share beds; extra beds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.

Payment conditionsPayments must be made in US dollars according to the following scheme:

  • Initial deposit: USD 750 (must be completed before the 30th of the month in which it was booked).
  • 90 days before the trip: 50% of the total program value.
  • 60 days before the trip: 70% of the total program value.
  • 45 days before the trip: 100% of the total program value.

If full payment is not received 45 days before departure, the trip will be considered canceled, with no refund of any advance payments made. From the first deposit onward, any cancellation will incur an administrative and operational fee of USD 45 per passenger.

  • Cancellation policies From 0 to 45 days before departure: 100% fees – NO refund.
  • From 46 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total value in fees.
  • From 61 to 80 days before departure: 30% of the total value in fees.
  • From 81 days or more before departure: administrative and operational fee of USD 45 per passenger.

Any personal inconvenience at the airport (expired passport, exit restriction, late arrival, etc.) is the exclusive responsibility of the passenger, and in these cases 100% of the tour package will be lost.

Rates and childrenPrices are calculated starting from two passengers. Children from 0 to 1 year and 11 months, sharing with 2 adults, pay 10% of the adult value in double. Those over 10 years old are considered adults. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and depend on availability at the time of booking.

Essential requirementsA legible copy of each passenger's passport is required, with a minimum validity of 6 months at the start of the trip. This document must be sent no later than 45 days before the trip. Vouchers and travel documents will be delivered 8 days before departure by email.

  • General considerationsThe order and distribution of tours may be changed for logistical, operational, or weather reasons, always respecting the contracted services.
  • The included visits are offered in regular service, not private, and may be shared with passengers from other agencies.
  • If the departure does not reach a minimum of 10 seats, the circuit may be canceled and a similar alternative will be offered.
  • Unused services are non-refundable.
  • Passengers with any disability must travel with a companion and bear in mind that some tours may not be wheelchair accessible.
